# How to Order a Key Replacement

## Send us a window number and a clear image of the lock at aftersales@idealcombi.com.

If you need a replacement key for your Idealcombi window lock, follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process:

1. **Locate the Window Number**:

2. **Take a Clear Image of the Lock**:
   
     - Use your smartphone or camera to take a clear, close-up image of the lock. Ensure that the image is well-lit and focused so that the details of the lock are visible.
3. **Send the Information to Aftersales**:
